Detailed Electrical Surveys - Pre/Post Works

An often overlooked but essential part of any works is carrying out a detailed survey of the existing installation prior to any new works taking place.

This ensures that any deficiencies are identified early on and rectified more efficiently and cost effectively. Particularly important for any Solar PV, EV charger or battery storage installations as there are often critical safety upgrades required to meet current regulations. Any property over 10 years old is recommended to have an Electrical Installation Condition Report or Periodic Inspection Report carried out.
